It was my first time visiting, but I left feeling very disappointed with my pedicure. The service felt rushed, and the final result looks sloppy and clumpy. Considering the poor quality, I’d honestly like a refund so I can get them fixed somewhere else. For the response left under my review by owner itself; "I am posting my honest feedback and photos so other customers are aware of the service quality. I have no interest in discussing this further over the phone, as your response here shows a clear lack of accountability." I left because standard customer service courtesy shouldn't require a confrontation on the spot. As you can see clearly in the photos, the polish application is lumpy, uneven, and poorly executed. A professional salon should deliver quality work without forcing clients to inspect, debate, or demand corrections before stepping out the door." Noticing bad application under proper lighting—or choosing not to start a confrontation in your salon—doesn't make the quality of this work acceptable. The photos speak for themselves. I expect better quality and customer service from a professional business."
